Low yields and hand-harvesting indicate the care given to the superior fruit from this single vineyard located on a gravelly slope in the Maipo Valley. These standards continue in the winery with meticulous grape selection and aging in French oak barrels for 14-18 months, and bottled without filtration.
This is a complex and velvety wine with abundant fruit of wild berries and cassis, and a refined whisper of eucalyptus. This wine will benefit from 3-5 years of bottle aging.
