Grape Type: 100% Sauvignon Blanc.
Vinification: Attitude comes from a very low yield for a Vin de Pays of 60 hl/ha. The grapes were grown in the famous "Loire Chateaux" region in Touraine and have the potential to give Attitude lovely fruit aromas and freshness on the palate. The minerality is pronounced enough to give the wine a long finish with the finesse and elegance which characterize Pascal Jolivet wines.
Tasting Notes: Color: brilliant, pale straw gold with a translucent rim. Nose:fresh, clean and youthful with delicate nuances of lime, grapefruit, green apple and kiwi. Palate:soft entry leading to a polished, supple texture with gentle, well integrated acidity; medium bodied with lingering citrus-apple aromatic notes in the finish. Very true to Loire Valley Sauvignon Blanc, Attitude is fresh, stylish and very easy to drink by itself or with cold shellfish; delicate seafood such as crab, cod or sole; subtle preparations of chicken breasts or veal.
Food Match: sushi, shellfish, crab, chicken, Asian cuisine.
