their 2004 Chardonnay in 30% oak to add toasty vanilla
character without compromising fruit flavors.
Chardonnay has lavish lemon, honey and green apple
aromas. Vanilla and oak spice notes linger in the background.
Flavors are of pear and apple spice, with a rich, creamy finnish.
