Winemaker's Notes

Our Pinot Noir exhibits a dark garnet hue. Dominant aromas of ripe red fruits and cracked pepper are accented with nutmeg and floral essences. Flavors of bright strawberry and cherry framed by a hint of smoke from barrel aging form the core flavors. Smooth tannins and a rich mouthfeel carry the fruit through the finish, where flavors of dried tea leaf and pomegranate linger on the palate.
