Winemaker's Notes

Elegant and deeply concentrated, our selection of Cabernet Sauvignon from the heart of Chile's historic winemaking area captures not only the character of this river valley region but also the serious purity of organic viticulture. Excellent concentration; the mouth is awash in notes of dark chocolate, cassis and ripe red/black fruits. Aromas of forest floor, licorice and blackberries abound. A perfect balance of lush fruit and freshness; the finish is very long and lightly spiced. Aged for six months in barrique.

Either way, this grape is responsible, as a whole or a partner, for some of the greatest wines in the world. In Bordeaux,...
