Wines where earthy and/or spicy dominate the flavors – typically medium to full body.
Full bodied wines that have concentrated fruit and are higher in alcohol and/or tannins. Some need age.

An incredible mouthful, it dances on the palate for ages and while it is delicious to drink right now, cellaring will see it continue to improve for several more years.
