My wife & I are really impressed with Nicolas Feuillate Rose Champagne! The color was a perfect salmon! Exploding with bubbles & not too sweet, it went perfectly with our pre-Valentine's dinner hors d'oeuvres. The bucket also kept it very cold! Great combo!

Drank it for Christmas dinner, but I think it would stand better as a bubbly drunk on its own. Nicely crisp with a slight edge of fruit. Enjoyed it a lot.
