El Novillero is a dramatic parcel in the western-most hills of the Carneros AVA. At 500 feet elevation, it is one of the highest elevation vineyards in the appellation, and it sits in a foggy, natural amphitheater facing southeast towards the San Francisco Bay.
The wine is amply aromatic, crisp and round just where it needs to be, and beautifully flavored.
