Largely Cabernet Sauvignon, with a bit of Merlot and Cabernet Franc for added depth of flavor, Newton Vineyard Unfiltered Cabernet Sauvignon is from the best lots on Spring Mountain. The nose exudes black currants, with layers of almond and spices, and the finish is round and long.

Wonderful... Very easy going down. The aroma filled a table of eight. I enjoyed it with a bone-in rib eye. I would suggest pouring yourself a glass, with or without the rib eye, it will be enjoyable.
