This silky wine has beautiful balance and structure, promising excellent aging potential. Rich and complex, the Sarah Block Cabernet Sauvignon fills the palate with bright flavors of black raspberry, cassis, violets and just a hint of juniper.

A great match for lamb cassoulet, quail with pancetta or duck breast with walnuts and pomegranate. Vegetarians may enjoy 2003 Sarah Block Cabernet Sauvignon with a blue cheese mousse or pasta with eggplant, roasted tomatoes and Pecorino cheese
