The All In represents our top lots of Alexander Valley Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Petit Verdot. These wines are carefully blended together to create a wine in which we are confident to be fully committed to the pot. There's no blushng here. The dark cherry of the Merlot melds with the blackberry, cassis and thyme of the Cabernet to produce an intensely aromatic wine. The Petit Verdot adds richness, depth and notes of red berry fruits. Heavily structured by its rich, smooth tannins, this wine will benefit from 18-24 months of cellaring, and properly stored will age nicely for five to eight years.
2010 All In Claret is a wine that is substantial enough to stand up to
full-bodied food preparations. Enjoy this wine with roast rack of lamb,
grilled steak, or barbecued ribs.
