winemaker's notes:
A complex assemblage of primarily Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, Brut Prestige opens with gorgeous layered white blossom aromas, followed by creamy vanilla, citrus, stone fruit and melon. With elegant acidity and crisp structure, this medium-bodied sparkling wine displays an excellent mousse and a rich, lingering finish. Refreshing acidity and fruit character makes Brut Prestige an excellent food wine.
critical acclaim:
"Assembled from dozens of individual lots, this sumptuous brut is an example of the art of blending. Based on Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, its really as delicious and refined a sparkling wine as you could want for drinking now. Shows lush citrus, strawberry, honey, melon, fig and spice flavors that are wrapped into a smooth, silky bubbling mouthfeel.

This was the best Champagne I have ever had the pleasure of tasting. All 150 guests at our wedding raved about it. Excellent value and spectacular taste. What more could a bride want in a champagne?
This is a great sparkling wine. Full of flavor, tiny bubbles, rich complexity, and easy on the wallet. You will enjoy this.
This is a very tasty champagne-style wine. It is dry but has a nice hint of fruit. It's a fine special-occasion wine for a reasonable price.

Didnt like it. Too sour for my taste. My family didnt like it either.
Opens w/ a bread dough & strawberry aroma followed w/ very tasty red fruits. Very good, and in same class as the Roederer.

I have been taking this to partys and other events, and I am amazed how many people want to know what it is, and where I bought it. When I tell them the price they simply look at me, with that "you got to be joking" stare. A real winner.

Got it from my boss -- it was awesome. Went well with Grilled Salmon and a Salad; then afterwards by itself. Nice, nutty with no aftertaste. I agree it goes better with a meal than without -- but well worth it!!!

Outstanding! Served with tuna steak and moderately spicy pasta sauce (red) It goes well with anything. Better with a meal than without, unlike other sparkling wines. Crisp, fresh, slightly woody or nutty. One of the better I've had in this price level. You won't be disappointed!
