21st Century Cuvée has a brilliant golden hue and fine beading. On the nose there are vanilla and black cherry aromas, while the mouth reveals bright notes of peach and papaya with citrus and orange peel tones. This wine is richly textured and full-bodied, with an opulent creaminess enhanced by the partial malolactic fermentation and barrel fermentation. The long finish is slightly sweet, complimented by red fruit nuances.
