Winemaker's Notes

Made from grapes grown in some of California's finest cool-climate vineyards, Montevina Chardonnay is a golden-hued wine with seductive aromas of tart apples and figs. Bright with crisp flavors of tropical fruit and ripe pear layered with subtle hints of vanilla bean and toasted almonds for added dimension. Bright acidity balances the richer flavors and makes our Chardonnay especially food-friendly.

This is a wonderful white wine very smooth and delightful. It is a chardonnay but lacks the harsh bite of most chardonnays I have tried. It is truly a wonderful wine for dinner or relaxing.
