Aroma: Dried fruits, barley sugar, wheat.
Palate: Balance and suppleness, finish on raisins.
Food Pairing: A great wine to pair with cheese and desserts. Wonderful with foie gras, blue cheese made from cows milk, or desserts of peaches, dried fruits or mixed nuts.
