Forward cherry fruit flavors join plum and spice components in a very drinkable style. Creamy oak textures contribute to the rich mouthfeel and long finish. An excellent alternative for pairing with traditional white wine fare including roast chicken, salmon, and monkfish. Also superb with more customary red wine foods such as beef, veal, lamb, or game.
