Alcohol By Volume Guide

  • 10%
  • 16+%
Most wine ranges from 10-16% alcohol by volume. Some varietals tend to have higher (for example Zinfandel and Cabernet Sauvignon) or lower alcohol levels (Pinot Noir and many white varietals), but there is always some variation from producer to producer. Some wine falls outside of this range, for instance Port weighs in closer to 20%, while Muscat and Riesling are usually a bit below 10%.

Winemaker's Notes

A touch or a few old grape varieties is blended with Prosecco grapes to create a superbly dry, slightly fruity wine with a hint of acidic crispness. This wine is perfect when paired with delicate dishes such as oysters and lobster.

Critical Acclaim

"Here’s a refreshing and luminous sparkler with easy aromas of citrus, peach and white mineral. This Prosecco would match perfectly with finger foods and fried calamari thanks to the wine’s floral flavors and crisp acidity."
