The nose is most engaging; certainly indicative of the terroir. There is this wonderful confluence of lime and chili pepper. The flavors of a juicy lime are first encountered, which quickly gives way to a delicious spiciness that seems to expand the soft palate. The finish; however, is that of a rich loaminess. This wine was enjoyed by all with whom it was shared.
