More white-gold in color and delineated than its sibling above, this bottling reminds us of lemon verbena, yellow cucumber, chalk and grilled pineapple. Other intriguing aromas drift towards star anise, salt-water taffy, white currants, sage and hazelnut. The wine attacks the palate with its acidity finishing with great weight wrapping continuously around your palate.
