Winemaker's Notes

Color: Pale straw

Bouquet: Intense lifted peach aromas are beautifully supported by lashings of melon and citrus. The intense fruit is well integrated with nuances of butter and high quality oak.

Palate: The palate is well structured and highly complex with creamy notes and well balanced acidity, giving the wine great length. Flavors of melon, peach and grapefruit are distinctive with the oak contributing to mouth feel and palate weight.

Try serving this Chardonnay with grilled salmon steaks and baby new potatoes.
