Juicy and taut but also showing good ripeness, with fleshy cherry and spice flavors supported by a nervy spine of acidity. Picks up darker fruit character and sweetness with air and finishes with fine-grained tannins and a suggestion of cherry compote. This looks like it could actually take a few more years in the cellar."
