Riesling lovers will adore this wine since vintage 2005 combines both positive aspects of the previous vintages: the high ripeness of 2003 in combination with the typical vibrant Riesling acidity of vintage 2004.

Taste Profile: This Abtsberg Riesling Spätlese can be compared with butterflies: extremely colorful, but also very light!

Pairings: An excellent accompaniment to pâtés and other savory foods as well as desserts, such as soufflés of fresh fruits, e.g. strawberries, raspberries or rhubarb.
