This is a deep purple red color Syrah. Intense varietal aromas of violets, red fruit and pepper. The aromas are complemented by notes of chocolate and spices from the oak. It is balanced in the mouth with good body and complexity; it has a long and fresh finish.
"Concentrated blackberry and dark plum aromas offer up tobacco and dried spice notes. The wine is juicy yet full-bodied, with oaky cocofun flavors accenting blackberry, black olive and leather. Fades out smooth and layered. A perennial leader among Chilean Syrah."
"Bright purple. Oak-spiced dark berries and candied cherry on the nose, complicated by notes of dried flowers and cracked pepper. Sweet and broad but energetic, featuring velvety texture and pungent blackberry and dark cherry flavors. Finishes on a spicy note and with a lingering vanilla nuance. This is delicious right now."
