This Syrah has a deep red color with purple tints. Its aromas and flavors reminds on one side of leather, pepper, coffee and chocolate, without stopping the fruitiness at the same time, showing off cherry jam, black fruits and subtle mentholated hints. A wine with concentration, rounded tannins and a balanced and complex finish.
It is recommended to decant first and take to 64°F before serving. Recommended to accompany red meat, duck, dishes with sweet and sour sauces and mature and smoked cheese.
