On the palate, it is full-bodied and mouth-filling, with persistent and elegant notes of plum, bitter cherry, strawberry jam and black pepper. Radici Taurasi pairs flawlessly with roasted meats, larger game, spicy Middle Eastern dishes, truffles and aged, flavorful cheeses.
