winemaker's notes:
"The 2004 Shiraz reveals blackberry, tar, pepper, and toasty oak characteristics in its spicy, rich, deep, voluptuous personality."
-Wine Advocate
This wine has a distinct varietal nose, with incredibly rich plum, rhubarb and blackcurrant fruits and is perfumed like a bunch of red roses. The palate is spicy, with intense chocolate and licorice characters. The wine has a firm structure with lovely robust oak and fine grain tannins.
