A dry, crisp, very refreshing rose. Perfect for summer days. Dry roses are very underrated in their ability to blend in with a wide variety of food. I can't think of many dishes that won't taste all the better with a glass of chilled, dry rose with them.
Sure, there are more ambitious roses out there: try a Jane Ventura for a good Spanish rose. But this one is very simple, crisp and to the point.
Recommendations for other dry roses are most welcome!
