This wine is like butter....Smooth, addicting and decadent.
It smells of vanilla. It has tastes of vanilla, cherries, and raisins.
As I sit here in my Fendi heels, I am not sure which I like better right now.....the wine or the heels. High praise indeed.

When first opening this wine, I smelled it and thought, "Oh, no another harsh tasting wine." But once tasting, it was very surprising. This wine was #1 smooth #2 non-bitter tasing.
The only other wine I have tasted, that is this good, is "Principato" from The Olive Garden.

Tends toward new world style, but with old world flavors. Nicely structured, with nose of dark fruit, indistinct floral notes, but primarily leather, particularly on day two. Nice lingering finish with well integrated and smooth tannins.
