Golden yellow in color. When young the wine is characterized by an elegant bouquet of exotic fruits. Over time, as the wine evolves, it develops a hint of sweetness, reminiscent of vanilla. The wine is fresh and round with a warm, prolonged finish.
"The Molamatta blend, primarily Friulano and ribolla gialla fermented in stainless steel, includes 40 percent pinot bianco fermented in oak. The flavors have a rosy peach cast, tart apple acidity, grapefruit pith bitterness and floral scents that last. In fact, the combination of all those elements is clean and seamless, a fresh white for pólipo and lime."
