I served this wine on Christmas day with a tenderloin of beef (roast). It was a home run. The wine had the perfect level of depth and richness with a smooth finish. My brother and brother-in-law were absolutely moaning as they sipped this wine.

The title says it all. A flat wine, no complexity, no depth.
