This wine exhibits forward classical Napa Valley Cabernet aromas and flavors of ripe red berries with notes of smoky bacon, framed by firm tannins. It will pair well with rich meat dishes, such as Steak au Roquefort, Beef Bourgignon, or Tournedos Rossini. The wine will be luscious and ready to drink upon its release, but will age with grace and elegance for at least 5-10 years.

This is simply a delicious wine, either alone or with a red meat, we had lamb loin chops and the berries in the finish were really good. It is great right upon opening.
