I had this one a first date with a beautiful young lady the other night, and I must say, it is everything I had hoped it would be. I was hoping to present a more drinkable wine for her, and I think she found it delicious... i hope! Regarding the aspects of the wine: I found it quite sweet and fruity, almost like a desert wine. But the thing that I really respected about this white was that it had a firm and very pleasant backbone of acidity that complemented the fruity sweetness.
