Excellent as an apertif. Since the sulfite content is extremely low, thanks to the special vinification technique, it does not cause headaches whatsoever, and is easily digestible. Brillant straw-yellow in color with a fruity bouquet; flavor is pleasantly dry and fruity. Food matchings: pasta, soups, risotto, white meats, fish, shellfish, vegetable souffles, soft cheeses, cold cuts, omelets, truffle-based dishes. Excellent as an aperitif.
