Dogliani is a historic Dolcetto terroir. In fact, the variety is thought to have originated here and Einaudi was the first estate ever to produce and bottle under this appellation. Matures 8-10 months in stainless steel vats & 2 months in bottle previous to release. Ruby red, fruity bouquet, fresh & flavorful, with abundant red berry fruit, an an almond finish. Wonderfully versatile with food, the regular Dolcetto can be enjoyed quite young.
