Alcohol By Volume Guide

  • 10%
  • 16+%
Most wine ranges from 10-16% alcohol by volume. Some varietals tend to have higher (for example Zinfandel and Cabernet Sauvignon) or lower alcohol levels (Pinot Noir and many white varietals), but there is always some variation from producer to producer. Some wine falls outside of this range, for instance Port weighs in closer to 20%, while Muscat and Riesling are usually a bit below 10%.

Winemaker's Notes

Very bright cherry – pink color . Well-developed bubbles, constant and small in size. Fruity exuberant aroma dominated by variety of forest fruits along with delicate tannins. And initially potent flavor with good structure and just the right degree of acidity that maintains a perfect balance throughout its prolonged lingering aftertaste.

Critical Acclaim

"Exotic in color and aromas; the nose is sublime and redolent of raspberry and plum fruit. It’s a cheerful, fresh style of rosado, more refined and elegant than bulky and overly fruity. Clean and offering divine black cherry essence."
