Serving and cellaring suggestions: Lindemans Bin 45 Cabernet Sauvignon is an ideal example of the Lindemans Bin Series. With its dark berry and herbaceous characters this is a prime example of Cabernet Sauvignon and is ideal for immediate enjoyment. However, it also has the weight and structure to develop and become more complex with short term cellaring. Try the 1999 Lindemans Bin 45 with beef Wellington, roast leg of lamb or hard cheeses such as Parmigiano or Romano.
Lindemans was established in 1843 by Dr. Henry John Lindeman. Today Lindemans has four wineries in Coonawarra, Karadoc, Barossa and Hunter Valley. It produces a wide range of wines.
