We offer two ways to locate information:
Liber Pater wines possesses finesse and elegance. Our viticultural processes' goal is to keep the vines planted by our ancestors productively fruitful for as long as possible. The cabernet sauvignon in our blend provides important aging potential and a wealth of aromas reminiscent of black berries, licorice, black currants, violets and black cherries. With time these will develop into fragrances of cedar, spices, roasted offee beans and leather with the occasional mineral or cigar-box touches. The blending of merlot adds fruitiness and an incomparably voluptuous texture, while a touch of petit verdot and malbec add spice and color.
About the Label: In 2006 Liber Pater invited contemporary artist Gérard Puvis to create a limited edition label for the year's vintage (pictured here) and that tradition continues with the 2009 vintage. Gérard's works include paintings, frescos, sculptures and murals with exhibitions both in his native France and abroad. The 2009 label will not be revealed until just 3 months before its release. For now the artist has only revealed his theme: The Storm.
