Light to medium bodied wines with lots of juicy fruit, typically medium acid and medium oak.
Full bodied wines that have typically undergone malo-lactic fermentation and/or spent time in oak.
Lovely pale yellow color. Rich, aromatic wine, with intense scents of fruit mingled with typical Sauvignon aromas such as gooseberries, passion fruit, green tomatoes, wild strawberries and lemons. It also displays floral nuances (honeysuckle), and a mineral "flinty" scent from the limestone soil. This is a very fresh wine with good acidity and a natural hint of CO2 which gives it freshness. The finish is rich, round and well-balanced.
This is a very fresh, easy drinking wine, ideal for an apéritif or for drinking with food.
