Nose of bright red fruit, coffee/mocha, and spice. Cherry and darker fruits (plum) on palate, with oak undertones and bright acidity. Round and very pleasant. Clean finish with smooth tannins.
"Kunin's 2005 Syrah Santa Barbara exhibits a dark ruby/purple color as well as a fleshy, succulent style displaying loads of black currant, raspberry, smoke, camphor, and licorice characteristics.
