Konzelmann Vidal Ice Wine (375ML half-bottle) 2009
Other Dessert from
This golden nectar dessert wine manifests a luscious natural sweetness with distinct aromas of dried apricot and honey. Tropical fruit flavours intermix in the glass and combine with balanced acidity forming an enjoyable, lingering finish.
Enjoy serving Vidal Icewine with fruit based desserts that are less sweet than the wine itself. Pairs extremely well with a good piece of Blue Cheese or sip as a dessert on its own.
Konzelmann Estate Winery, Niagara's Exclusive Lakefront Winery, was established in Canada in 1984. Herbert Konzelmann chose the site on the shores of Lake Ontario due to the meso-climate, which is similar to the Alsace region in France. The wonderful balance of sun, soil, airflow and moisture conditions of this vineyard are ideal for the production of clean, delicate and fruity premium quality wines. View all Konzelmann Wines

Alcohol By Volume GuideMost wine ranges from 10-16% alcohol by volume. Some varietals tend to have higher (for example Zinfandel and Cabernet Sauvignon) or lower alcohol levels (Pinot Noir and many white varietals), but there is always some variation from producer to producer. Some wine falls outside of this range, for instance Port weighs in closer to 20%, while Muscat and Riesling are usually a bit below 10%.
