Small batches of Shiraz were selected from a range of premium South Australian vineyards then vinified by traditional winemaking methods and matured for up to two years in small French and American oak casks before careful blending and bottling unfiltered.

MY WIFE AND I ENJOY A NEW BOTTLE OF WINE EVERY THIRD NIGHT. UNUSUAL FOR US, WE CONSUMED THE REMAINDER OF THIS WINE ON A THIRD NIGHT AND WERE VERY PLEASANTLY SURPRISED AT THE FULLNESS OF THE WINE. MOST WINES COULD NOT BE DRUNK ON THE THIRD NIGHT. AS YOU MIGHT EXPECT, THE WINE WAS EXCELLENT, A GEM, ON NIGHTS ONE AND TWO.
