This wine has great texture and smoothness. Hits the palate with an oakey peppery taste with buttery undertones. Having sampled multiple bottles the degree of pepperyness can be more powerful than in other bottles. Overall a great wine with steak filets. The wine brought out the flavor of what the meal was very well.

Very nice cab. Velvet texture on the palate, powerful yet refined finish. Served at room temp after an hour decanting. Went well with grilled lamb chops and boiled Texas gulf jumbo blue freshwater shrimp with a lemon pepper, tabasco and garlic butter dip.
