Jindalee Estate Cabernet Sauvignon 2003

The JINDALEE range is made from fruit grown on our Murray Darling vineyards near Mildura. The wines show the full fruit flavour and easy to drink style that this exciting region is becoming famous for.

Tasting Notes : A soft rounded Cabernet Sauvignon that is ready for immediate consumption. It has rich, jammy fruit flavors; soft fined grained tannins and a well-balanced mouth feel. It was matured using American oak that combines well with the natural minty, blackberry flavors of Cabernet Sauvignon.

Colour Bright red brick Nose Fresh strawberry aromas with cherry and plum characters. Palate Ripe sweet fruit combine with soft, subtle tannins and a balanced oak finish. A full rich wine with a lasting mouthfeel.
