Close to the batsman, requiring very good reflexes and always at risk of being struck by the ball off the bat. This second release of ‘Silly Mid On' Sauvignon Blanc/Semillon is a blend of three components; Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc (48%), Clare Valley Sauvignon Blanc (31%) and Clare Valley Semillon (21%). The premium Clare fruit was sourced from our own vineyards and the Adelaide Hills fruit was courtesy of friends in the Adelaide Hills. This wine combines the cut grass and tropical fruit flavours of Sauvignon Blanc with the subtle citrus and lime of Semillon.
