We offer two ways to locate information:
Production Area: Granite arenas on the steep slopes of the right bank of the Rhône. Grape Varieties: 100% Syrah, very old vines of more than 90 years old. Vinification: All work in the vineyards is done manually. Grapes are de-stemmed and fermented in stainless steel tanks after a long maceration of 30 days. The wine is then aged for 18 months, 70% in new oak and 30% in one year-old oak barrels.
Description: Color - Inky black color Bouquet - The nose is complex with both floral and fruity flavours. Taste - On the palate, flavors of black fruit, blackcurrants and herbs dominate, with a touch of vanilla. A solid, concentrated wine that will be fabulous in 3 or 4 years but will continue to evolve for at least two decades. Serving Suggestions: This wine will match perfectly a good T-bone steak and most game meats.
