Production Area: From vineyards in Cairanne, Rasteau and Vacqueyras in Southern Rhône Valley.
Grape Varieties: 70% Clairette/Grenache, 30 % Viognier/Roussanne
Vinification: Grapes are hand-picked and fermented at low-temperature in stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged on its lees for 15% in oak barrels and 85% in stainless steel tanks to preserve its freshness.
Bouquet - Full-bodied wine with floral and fruity aromas.
Taste - Complex, crisp and well-balanced, it is an incredible value and will improve with age
