Production Area: Granite soil located near the village of Roucoules in the Northern Rhône Valley.
Grape Varieties: 50% Marsanne , 50% Roussanne
Vinification: This wine is fermented in temperature-controlled tanks and barrels. The wine is then aged for two years in two-, three- and four-year-old oak barrels.
Bouquet - The nose offers characteristic notes of beeswax, candied fruit and lemons.
Taste - It is rich on the palate with concentrated flavors and a honeyed finish.
Serving Suggestions: A perfect match with shellfish, seafood or lobster.
