I had the pleasure of visiting this producer while in Tasmania and i loved all of their bubbly...and what a joy to be able to find it here! Classic, good (if not excellent), sparkling made in the traditional method with traditional grapes. Move over, champagne...the Tassie's are making some very find sparklings, indeed. This one is quite dry with lovely, yeasty bubbly qualities. Bubbles are fantastic on this one!
