It has a lively, tropical nose, with refreshing flavors of pineapple and mountain-ripe apples, balanced with mild acidity. This wine is delightful when served with fish or chicken in a light sauce, pasta with olive or cream sauces, tossed spring greens with walnut vinaigrette dressing, or a fresh fruit salad in light sour cream.
