A favorite for many, Iron Horse is probably best known for this cuvée.Food pairing: Marries well with mushroom dishes such as a grilled Portobello sandwich or wild mushroom risotto, as well as Chinese chicken salad, poached salmon, chocolate dipped strawberries.
